The ZW32 series of Outdoor High Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breakers represents the company’s integration of advanced domestic and international technologies. Utilizing a new intelligent design concept and cutting-edge technology, this latest generation of vacuum circuit breakers from China is designed for outdoor use. The product can be applied as the main transformer switch on the 35kV substation’s 10kV side, as well as a 10kV outlet switch. It is also suitable for use as a pole-mounted switch in distribution networks. The series combines multiple control units to easily achieve functions such as control, protection, measurement, and communication, making it an ideal solution for automation and compact installations.

Outdoor High Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breaker Conditions of Use

1. Working environment temperature: maximum 40 ℃; daily average not exceeding 35 ℃; minimum ambient temperature down to -25 ℃.

2. Air relative humidity: daily average not more than 95%, monthly average not more than 90%; daily average water vapor pressure not exceeding 2.2 kPa.

3. Monthly average water vapor pressure not more than 1.8 kPa.

4. Altitude: no more than 2000 meters above sea level.

5. Surroundings free from significant contamination by dust, smoke, corrosive or flammable gases, steam, or salt fog.

6. Negligible vibration or ground movement from outside the switchgear and control equipment.

7. Induced electromagnetic interference amplitude in the secondary system does not exceed 1.6 kV.
